The boys of Summer. The remnants of the 1947-48 Middleton Cardinals (pictures posted earlier in the blog) gathered for a practice about fifty years after their playing days. No serious running or sliding or such shinanigans. Will post the picture today in memory of Roy Dowell, (front left beside me) who passed away recently. (May work out the full slate of names at a later time.) Happy New Year! We've made it into another decade! Cheers, N
